How do I install Cubase on my Surface laptop? It keeps telling me my computer does not meet the minimum requirements.

I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop, 7th edition, with Windows 11 Home, and I am trying to install Cubase on it. However, the Steinburg installation assistant told me that the installation failed. I tried to install it manually as it told me to, but it didn't work either, and it just said that my computer did not meet the minimum requirements. I updated my computer, but the same thing happened. What's happening? Are others also having this issue, or is it just my computer?
