How do I install an old SSD with the Windows 10 boot into a new Windows 11 PC?

I want to run Windows 11 but I want to just add the SSD from my current Windows 10 computer as another drive on the Windows 11 PC. The new PC has Windows 11 pre-installed. The SSD is a Samsung SSD870QVO so I would likely install the Samsung Magician on the new PC.
