How do I help myself recover my HACKED account by a group of people that ARE KNOWN to hack from the domain rambler.ru based out of russia.

The form is useless because it says I cannot provide enough information despite the email getting changed for both my EA and Microsft accounts due to Microsoft's crappy security. It didn't even matter that I had 2fa on. What's super ridiculous about this is the fact this person is based out of Russia but the stupid automated system still thinks I'm a fraud. I ran out of ideas, What do I do, I have so much associated with that account, that I'd be losing hundreds on purchased content. I even provided my card info lol.
