How do I get this full page of image icons off my laptops desktop?? I think they are from my onedrive but I'm not sure. I done a factory reset and mor

All of the icons from my file explorer are now being displayed on my desktop. I went into the registry editor and typed in a prompt in the tray now I think I messed up my computer. I tried to factory reset and it got even worse. How can I fix this??
