How do I get the Taskbar to pop up in Full screen mode?

One of the things I like about the Edge browser is that when in full screen mode it "pops down" to show open browser tabs when the mouse is moved to the top of the screen.I like my Taskbar hidden and, when not in Full Screen, it "pops up" on mouse contact.However, when in Full Screen with Edge, the Taskbar won't pop up, I have to use the Windows button to get it to show.Is there a setting to make the Taskbar pop up in Full screen mode when the mouse rolls over it?Thanks!
