How do I get the Bitlocker Key when it is enabled automatically during Windows 11 setup and using a local account?

I recently received a brand new HP Pro Mini 400 G9 computer. Once setup had completed and I had added local account users I noticed that Bitlocker encryption was enabled. I did not do this and therefore do not have a key. I factory reset the computer and, went through startup step by step, using Shift-F10 for a command window at each step, to check Bitlocker status. It was not enabled until the point at which the computer name is entered. After the restart subsequent to entering the computer name, Bitlocker had become enabled.
