How do I get the BitLocker ID page to load?

My BitLocker ID page won't load, I've tried on different browsers over the span of a day and nothing will work. My laptop is completely locked out, and I need it for school. Wiping the drive is not an option.Error message is:"TraceID: hCa8ohmIf06D53lS.17.102Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us"I have access to the Microsoft account associated with the device, and can see the device in my devices page of my account. Anything helps.
