How do I get the automated microsoft support line to let me talk to an advocate? I need to follow up on a case for a rather urgent issue. When I call the support line the automated service just says that the advocated can't help me and to check online then hangs up. When I call back it automatically goes to this response and then hangs up. This is the most frustrating behavior of a customer support system I have ever experienced.
