How do I get static zoom effects for windows live movie maker

So I been using windows live movie maker for a long time now. even when it was not being used any more, I was still using it. but one thing always bugged me with it. how can I keep the camera fix to one place when I'm doing animations. mostly after when I'm done animating. and just want to do some video work. but I can never find the tool to have the camera fix to one spot to my liking. I don't know if I missed an update on a static zoom effects for windows live movie maker or it was never added into the program. cause I tried to look around for plugins for static zoom effects for windows live
