How do I get someone to hear me in the calls on the Phone Link App when calling on my PC?

Hi. For some reason, when I try to use my PC form the Phone Link App for calling someone, they just cannot hear me. Ive looked at the guide on troubleshooting for calls, and I've tried most of the options (besides the 3rd party app one), and still nothing. Someone on the other end just can't hear me. Any help would be greatly aprreciated.
