How do I get rid of this corrupted app that appears in my installed apps list?

For some reason, I can't install the Microsoft Photos app from the Microsoft Store.As part of testing the problem, I installed a different app, picked at random, called "Block Puzzle Plus - Jewel Blast." I assumed that since it was on the Microsoft Store that it would be safe to install.It installed fine with no errors. Since I only installed it as a test, I immediately went to uninstall it without ever opening it even once.But then when I tried to uninstall it, I got errors and it did not seem to uninstall properly.
