How do I get rid of the "get an app for this 'ms-cortana2' link"?

Hi, hope all is well? Can someone please help me? I just bought a new Lenovo laptop and keep getting the "get an app to open this 'ms-cortana2' link. When ever I use the fn + pgup or pgdn and even with my tab key it gives me the popup. It's really frustrating since I use those keys quite a lot. I've already restarted my laptop and also tried to change things in settings. I've searched for results but doesn't look like anyone has had the same problem yet. I am running on Windows 11. If someone can urgently help with this please.
