How do I get past the Windows 11 network connection page?

I've just built a new PC and I am currently trying to install Windows 11. I've gotten stuck on on the "Let's connect you to a network" page because it doesn't show me any wifi options. I searched how to get past this on the internet possibly, I've tried Shift+F10 then going into "taskmgr" and ending the Network Connection Flow to just results in a "Retry" button. I tried using the command "OOBE/BYPASSNRO" too but there's apparently no command called "OOBE". I also tried connecting an ethernet to my PC but this also doesn't work as the Windows page doesn't seem to detect the ethernet even thou
