How do I get pass this unattend.xml file screen

I wanted to factory reset my laptop, wanted everything deleted. When I did it, was going well, but then I had got this one error. I fixed it by doing the whole shift+f10 command regedit thing, y’know turning the setup.exe from a 1 to a 3 and all. It started to load again, meaning it worked, but then I got another error “Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file [C:|WINDOWS\Panther\unattend.xml]. The answer file is invalid. The error was detected at line 11 column 13 of the answer file,”I have never gotten this error before, and it seems like there’s no fix/solutions online that I
