How do i get parental controls off of my account? i have been in contact with microsoft support twice, first time they said i left the family without the controls being lifted and that was the issue. i was then put back in the family and told to wait 2 days and then to follow certain steps to take the controls off. the steps did not work, i got in contact with support again and they again couldent do anything. they did remove me from the family witch i was told was the issue in the first place.
