My 10-day old Lenovo Windows 11 desktop is in an endless loop to a black screen "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." Windows will accept neither my PIN nor my Microsoft password. I have read and tried many support suggestions. I have been unable to log in using SAFE mode. Win-L and Win-R do nothing. Suggestions that I log in as Administrator do not work - of course. This is a single computer in my home with only me as a user.
