How do I get out of a BitLocker loop?

When I opened my computer today the Bitlocker screen showed up, and I put in the recovery key but every time I hit “continue to windows 11” its brings be back to the BitLocker screen. How do I get out of it? Skipping the drive does not work either it, it puts me back into the BitLocker.
