How do I get my Windows COMPUTER account back?

So my dad recently gave me his old gaming computer. He has his administrator account on it, and since I used to use it before, I have my own account on it. However, after all of these years, I don't remember the password or the pin to my account. However, I know the PIN to my dad's account (he's the administrator). Furthermore, when I did the "forgot my pin" method, it said to search for an app in the store, and when I pressed yes nothing happened. When I did the "forgot my password" method, it would say Fix your account, and that I would have to go to account.microsoft.com to fix the issue. W
