How do I get my Windows 11 PC to wake up from sleep?

Hello, I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 everything has been going well apart from the sleep function. I use this PC for work and turning it off and on isn't really something I can do. I've tried enabling the wake-up function of the keyboard and also the mouse, but it doesn't work either. I click the button of power on and nothing happens either. I'm forced to hard power off and then turn it back on to get out of the black screen. Anyone knows a fix for this?
