How do i get my Touch screen back on my IdeaPad Flex 5 14IAU7 Laptop

It just randomly didnt work and i tried to do a few methods but nothing worked and i deleted it thinking it would redownload working, but it just never came back. My wacom device also has a problem (code 10) and im not sure if its related, does anyone have a fix?
