How do I get my Surface pro 11 to stop rebooting randomly?

I have been having trouble with my surface pro 11th edition for the past few days. It keeps randomly freezing for about 10 seconds then rebooting. It normally happens between 5 minutes to an hour after running. Twice it has given me a BSOD with one error code being CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT and the other being another watchdog error. I have searched through the event viewer but all I could find at the time of the crash was two critical errors of ID 41 and 142 which say it unexpectedly stopped working and will reboot.
