How do I get my sound to start working again?

I have a HP laptop and it is windows 11.I had just got my laptop fixed and after about 30 minutes my laptop's sound had stopped working. It sometimes works for 2 seconds and then stops working again. When I add a speaker and some headphones it works there how ever not without them. I have tried restarting my device but it still doesn't work. I then trouble-shooted then and generic audio driver error came up. I saw that the uninstalling and reinstalling the audio driver works however it was unsuccessful. The driver is Realtek High definition audio.
