I recently got out an old laptop to see if I could factory reset it and get it to work somewhat well, compared to how it was - bogged down with unused programmes and personal files and the like.I carried out a factory reset: Open Settings.Click on Update & Security.Click on Recovery.Under the "Reset this PC" section, click the Get started button.I opted for not keeping any files.
