How do I get my PC to connect to the internet if it keeps disconnecting from the wi-fi?

My PC has been having a hard time connecting, and staying connected, to any sort of wi-fi. It started after I updated it from Windows 10 to 11, and I am now regretting the decision. I restarted my router twice, restarted my PC several times, reset my network settings, uninstalled the network adapter and reinstalled it, I did almost everything suggested to me after the issue started. I just resorted to factory resetting the thing, but that also hasn't worked, and to make it worse, I need internet connection to set it up so now I'm stuck on the "Let's connect you to a network" portion.
