How do I get my PC out of a boot loop?

I recently built my pc. Everything was all good at first, installed windows 11 but one morning I turned the on on and it was stuck on a ‘preparing automatic repair loop’. Friends suggested wiping the SSD via the bios to remove Windows 11 and try to reinstall it. Whenever I try to boot up the Windows sign appears but then the pc turns off and this occurs over and over again. Please help.PC spec: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processorbe quiet!
