How do i get my Microsoft store back?

[Windows 10]

I don't have an MS Store and can't launch the Xbox launcher to prompt the store download. I have tried to open the Xbox launcher but received this error, and when I try to run the gaming repair tool, it fails to repair gaming services. When I try to run WSReset in the search bar I get this pop-up saying I need a new app. Please can someone help me figure this out?
