Hello, I'm having some trouble getting my bluetooth earbuds to work with my Windows 10 desktop computer and could use some help, please?The earbuds do connect and pair, and appear by name (AKG N400 NC TWS) in the list of 'Other Devices', but I'm not getting any sound out of them. At best so far, I've gotten quiet white noise, but no real sound. The earbuds do not appear in any dropdown as an option in the Sound settings panel.I have run the bluetooth troubleshooter, a problem was detected and the program claimed to have fixed it.I spoke with a tech at AKG and he said the following..."What migh
