how do I get my admin rights back?

Hello reader, I have a laptop and 11 Windows, recently I had to revoke my administrator rights (stupidly). Now I can't get them back no matter how hard I try (namely, I tried to restore access in safe mode, and there is also no way to make an archive administrator or download Windows using a USB flash drive). I hope you can help me!
