How do I get meditation bell sound in zoom with win 11?

HelloI have a brand new win 11 laptop and in my zoom meetings now, no one can hear the meditation bell. I already tried the various audio settings (all of them) available in zoom, no change...the bell sound, or for that matter, my own voice, at that frequency, does not come across. PLEASE HELP. Does not matter what zoom setting. This must be a win 11 issue.* Moved from Community Center
