How do I get live support.

I am locked out because of an update, my pin doesn't work. Every attempt to use the MS online help has failed. Case in point, I came here and logged in. I use the same copied info to log in to MS help and it says my password is incorrect. Questions it asked to identify me is old I no longer have the credit cards I used to purchase years ago. I don't even have the same phone number or address. I do not know what address I lived at when I peurchased Items. In ore attempt it asked for old passwords but the field turned yellow and did not bring up the key pad to enter info. I logged in to change p
