How do I get into my laptop having only the PIN as an option and I don't know it?

I am typing on a different computer. I entered my PIN incorrectly on my laptop too many times and my fingerprint ID refuses to scan my finger so I can sign in. I have no other sign in options, there is no forget my PIN option either. The only option I have is to enter "A1B2C3" in the challenge phrase then try again at my PIN which I forgot. To try again I have to restart the computer, but I don't know my PIN so it's useless to try again. Is there some way to completely reset the computer(I'm fine with losing everything I have it saved somewhere else) or a different way to get in?
