How do I get assistance with IoT Distributed License ?

Hello All,Who can I speak to in order to find our Company Business Account associated to a OEM Embedded Product Key for Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2019 LTSC (ESD). We are in need of a new media tool specific to Windows 10 1809 which per all Microsoft Support pages require a business account and a help ticket, however the help ticket cannot be created without a said business account, and we do not know who originated our account.
