How do I fix this??

I'm trying to find my TPM in my PC settings in order to install Windows 11 since I've been struggling to do so, however, it wouldn't show up as a section under Updates & Security, so I followed the instructions to enable it through restarting, but it said it was enabled with no devices found. I'm not sure what to do or if my PC ever came with a TPM. I also have no idea which manufacturer my PC came from nor do I know what it's called. Any ideas that could help??
