How do i fix this?

i have a windows 10 problem, so i just got a new pc and it dosent have a gmail account yet, i added one and restarted my pc, and im on the lock screen with the button "sign in" i click it and it sends me back to the home screen (the one with the time and date) how do i fix this?i already tried to use safe mode, but an error message popped up: 0xc000000fi already tried resetting my pc, but the option isnt thereso im stuck on the lockscreen and i cant loginmy pc is a Dell Chromebook 11 with windows 10 pro (activated)
