How do i fix this this problem?

Almost everytime, I open my computer to play video games this message pops up" There’s a problem with Microsoft Windows App Runtime DynamicDependency LifetimeManager. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator." which is so annoying and i can't seem to make it stop. I have tried everything to stop it like buying going into settings and repairing and resetting the app but it still doesn't work and now i am desperate to find a way to fix this so anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.
