How do I fix the white screen upon turning my computer on?

For the last month or so, I have been getting welcomed by a blank screen covering 100% of my computer screen. Each time, I have to shut off my computer. This takes 3-4 times, ever so rarely 5. Also, when it doesn’t happen, my computer shuts down if I don’t hop on a game quick enough. Every tips or tricks on how to fix this? My computer is also an ASUS.
