How do I fix the unhandled exception for several applications?

So I was just opening certain application when suddenly, an exception are thrown. For example: when I open GlideX, I get this exception: So I tried to debug the application, and this is the exception:But while opening VS IDE, there are so many packages that indicates it doesn't load correctly, while opening the "Just-In-Time Debugger", but more on that later.So when I opened the notification settings, I also get an exception:Ofc, I tried to debug to see the problem, AND some packages aren't loaded correctly, which lead me to a blank debug shown below:.A side note: I've been having this problem
