How do I fix the INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE windows 11.

I am experiencing an INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE error after replacing my motherboard with an ASUS Prime B550-PLUS. I have been unable to boot into Windows since the hardware swap, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance. I have tried re-downloading windows with no USB my going into recovery mode but since then I haven't been able to access recovery mode.I dont know what to do.
