This morning I tried to open an Excel file and received this message: C:\WINDOWS\System32\msi.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator ir the software vendor for support. Error status Oxc000012f. I tried to fix this by using DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth and received another error: 1392. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. Onto the next fix: sfc/scnnow.
