How do I fix the endless preparing automatic repair loop on my dell pc?

woke up this morning to my screen saying preparing automatic repair when I didn’t restart or update anything last night. I came home and it still says it. I tried shutting off my computer to reboot it but it does not work. I can’t get in touch with a real person when calling Microsoft and I’m very frustrated. Please help thank you!
