How Do I Fix The AmdRyzenmasterDriver28 Failed To Start And Cannot Find The File

hello,So I have been dealing with this error now for a long time and I was wondering how I fix it. I do have the ryzen master SDK program installed. All my chipset drivers are up to date along with Graphics drivers. Here is the screenshot of the error. I also noticed in regedit there are several versions of the driver which I believe to be the issue. I don't want to start deleting stuff without knowing what to do.
