How do i fix start-up problem: Stopcode: Driver PNP Watchdog. This code is after Preparing Automatic Repair. On Windows 10 Pro system.

How do I fix this start-up problem? After several start tries, the screen says "Preparing Automatic Repair", then after several minutes says it needs to restart the PC and has this note: Stopcode: Driver PNP Watchdog. Then it finally goes to the log-in. thanks for any assistance!
