How do I fix my windows update problem

[Windows 11]

Whenever I go to update my PC it show "Install error - 0x8007001f" and resetting doesnt work. It says "no changes were made" Scannow says "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation." and whenever I run "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" it gets to 3% and says "Error: 1009 The configuration registry database is corrupt. The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log"
