How do i fix my Victus Laptop from turning black screen every time i reset it?

I was playing a game on my laptop, and then it would not let me leave the game so I decided to shut down my laptop. It is a victus laptop. I do not know how to fix this, and it has been a day since it happened. If anyone knows how to help, please help me.
