I have tried to log into my Microsoft store for the past year but every time i try to log in it gives me the same 0x800704cf error saying that I don't have an Internet connection when I do. I'm connected by ethernet and everything is working fine except the Microsoft store and Xbox log in. I reasently switched from windows 10 to windows 11 and thinking that would save my problem but it didn't. I have spoken to multiple agents at Microsoft and still the problem stands. They have used the Quick Assist App to remotely control my PC and do things for me with me being present but yet, no change. We
