How do I fix my laptop after it bluescreened?

I turned off Avast passive mode and my laptop immediately blue-screened. After it blue-screened it restarted on its own and then brought me to WinRe and no matter what I do I can’t fix this issue. I tried resetting it, startup repairing it, and uninstalling updates but nothing has worked yet.
