How do I fix my issue(there’s a lot of things going wrong)

I have an application error for cmd, powershell and other apps i forgot the name of(I wasn’t even opening anything it would just pop up every time i would load up my computer). After a day like 20 cmd pop ups would open on my computer screen, when I would put in my pin to log into my pc user it would take over 5 minutes to load when before it would take 3 seconds, my cpu usage is 70-100 on the windows home and my ram is at like 60 on the homescreen, my pc just bluescreens sometimes when i open it, my fpsis worse then it used to be before all this, sometimes my computer screen just freezes on t
