How do I fix my internet problem?

I had bought a CyberPowerPC PC almost a year ago now, my computer has always had connection problems, since I got it, I always thought it was a problem I can fix, living at my old house I had a problem connecting to the Wi-Fi. It connects but it does connect fully, or it senses there is a Wi-Fi connection but when I put in the password and such, it says it’s unable to connect.
