How do I fix my Dell laptop that isn't still booting to Windows 10 after unsuccessful attempts at startup repairs? The problem started when I erroneously powered up the laptop while it was in a low battery power state and it shutdown abruptly afterwards while booting and has now refused to boot up or load Windows since then. I have attempted several fixes including trying to reset the wrong BIOS system time & date (which wasn't successful). The Windows Recovery Environment Advanced Options to attempt startup repairs has also failed repeatedly. What do I do before finally attempting to do a
