How do I fix my cursor disappearing after waking up from Lock Screen?

When I turn on my computer or wake my computer up after it has gone to the Lock Screen the cursor will disappear and I cannot use my touch pad. I have to use the touchscreen to reset and it’ll reappear but then it’ll disappear again next time it goes to sleep. How do I fix this issue?
